The shirts started as plain t-shirts and altered the hems. We cut the sleeves into shreds, added extra trim and extra decorations. For the paws, we took plain socks, cut off the toe and added a thumb hole. We then added extra trim. The tails were patterned from scratch, with multiple sizes made to accommodate child performers.
