The base structure was made using millenary wire. The inner part is pleated silk organza and the outer lace was patterned and made by me using a cutwork technique. I layered silk organza with water soluble stabilizer, then stitched each line. Once the pattern was in place, I cut out the blank spots and washed away the stabilizer. I then added a premade gold lace at the bottom edge.
