Importance of Being Earnest - Design Class Project

Concept Statement: I see the characters in The Importance of Being Earnest as over the top and larger than life, so I took inspiration from colorful birds. However, instead of having the males be the most flamboyant, like real birds, I decided to make the women the most flamboyant, because they are the ones truly controlling the relationships.
Learning Experience: Finding a bird that fit each character not only help me grasp how I personally viewed that character, but it also allowed me to borrow the color scheme of that bird. Having that color scheme made fabric choices and rendering easier.
